Examination Script Request Form

Please fill out the below details in order to gain access to your examination script for Arts & Humanities modules. For modules run in other Faculties, please contact the relevant department office.

The department responsible for the module will provide a scanned copy of your examination script via email, providing provisional results have been released.

You are not entitled to the original copies of examination question papers under this process and examination scripts will not necessarily contain detailed commentary.

Please note, copies of examination scripts can only be provided once provisional marks have been released.  Every department releases results differently, meaning that results for some modules will not be available until late July.  All marks are provisional and subject to change until ratified by the Faculty Assessment Board.

If you would like to request access to scripts from more than one department, please submit separate forms for each department.
