Online module evaluation
The Faculty rolled out online module evaluation in 2015-16. This allowed students to give feedback online in class, via their own devices, making the process more transparent for students and staff.

The Department of Culture, Media & Creative Industries ran a conference exploring pedagogy, with a focus on introducing creative practice and arts-based assessment to Arts & Humanities.

Student-led learning
The Department of Liberal Arts set the tone for student-led learning by supporting the inaugural Winchester-King’s Liberal Arts Conference, organised by the KCL Liberal Arts Society.


BAFTA screens student film
Students from the Department of Film Studies screened their short film Girl in the Bubble at the 2017 BAFTA awards in London. Cameron Richards, Megan Stewart, Rob O' Kelly and Michelle Barnette founded their production company 'These people make pictures' while at King's. Read the full story.


Accessible opportunity modules
The opportunity modules are an innovative initiative to create novel spaces in which students can try something outside their own disciplines. They are specifically designed to be accessible to a wide range of students from across the Faculty and provide them with a supportive environment in which to experience cutting-edge research-informed teaching in other subjects.
