The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the School and is led by the Dean. In addition to the Dean, the SLT comprises the Vice-Deans and Associate Deans and the Chief Operating Officer.

Dean

Stephen Bach is the Dean of King’s Business School and Professor of Employment Relations at King's College London. He received his PhD from the University of Warwick in Employment Relations and before joining King’s he worked at the University of Warwick Business School.Besides continuing with his scholarly activities, Stephen is working with key stakeholders to sharpen the vision for King’s Business School, establishing a distinctive approach that reflects the new challenges facing business, government and start-ups in a more volatile and uncertain world.

Professor Frederik Anseel is the Vice-Dean (Research) of King's Business School.

Vice-Dean (Education)

Professor Paul Luff is the Vice-Dean (Education) of King's Business School.

Vice-Dean (International)

Professor Igor Filatotchev is the Vice-Dean (International) of King's Business School.

Vice-Dean (Corporate Relations)

Professor Crawford Spence is the Vice-Dean (Corporate Relations) of King's Business School.

Vice-Dean (Staff Development)

Professor Janet Walsh is the Vice-Dean (Staff Development) of King's Business School.

Associate Dean (Impact & Innovation)

Professor Juliane Reinecke is the Associate Dean (Impact & Innovation) of King's Business School.

Associate Dean (Doctoral Studies)

Professor Jonathan Hindmarsh is the Associate Dean (Doctoral Studies) of King's Business School.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Darren Wallis is Chief Operating Officer of King’s Business School and has lead responsibility for the provision of efficient and effective services to both staff and students, covering education; research; external engagement; business, strategy and planning. He joined King’s in 2016 following a number of leadership roles at the University of Warwick.
