King’s Business School’s Diversity Group Mentoring programme is an industry or course-based specific mentoring which is conducted through small seminar groups over a short period of time. There will be 4-5 groups mentoring sessions throughout the year, spotlighting a different alumni mentor each time on a particular theme.
With an alumni mentor sharing their experiences and career journey, students and recent graduates will be able to learn about their experiences, ultimately equipping the listeners with the confidence to plan out their own future career path.
As an alumni mentor you will develop your leadership, coaching and active listening skills by supporting your student mentee with their career development goals.
We are currently accepting expressions of interest for 2022/2023 alumni mentors who will support final year undergraduate and postgraduate students who identify as female and/or Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic background, or students receiving the King’s Living Bursary. To register, contact jina.an@kcl.ac.uk.
Student mentee applications are now open. Please note, each session will offer a limited spaces of student mentees.
