Igor Filatotchev is a Professor of Corporate Governance and Strategy and Vice Dean (International Relations) at King’s Business School. His research interests are focused on a fast-growing area in the management and economics fields relating to corporate governance effects on internationalization strategy, entrepreneurship development and strategic decisions. Key research programmes currently in progress include analysis of resource and strategy roles of corporate governance; corporate governance life-cycle; and a knowledge-based view on governance development in entrepreneurial firms and IPOs.
Chizu has extensive experience in advising inter-governmental and governmental organisations in legal and management issues, and chairs the British Japanese Law Association, a bilateral law association established under the auspices of The Law Society of England and Wales. Chizu is former Director of Centre for Financial Regulation at the Business School of City, University of London, and Emeritus Professor of Corporate Law and Governance and former Head of Business and Law Department of London Metropolitan University. She has worked for a number of financial institutions and has served on the governing body of a livery company of the City of London.
Gianvito Lanzolla is Professor of Strategy at Cass Business School, City, University of London, which he joined in April 2006. From January 2016 to December 2020, he served as Head of the Faculty of Management, the largest Faculty at the Business School (80 academics). Gianvito is the Founding Director of the Cass’s Digital Leadership Research Centre (DLRC). Gianvito is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (RSA).
George Dallas has served as Policy Director at the International Corporate Governance Network since 2014, where he coordinates ICGN’s governance polices and committees, and plays an active role in ICGN’s policy development and regulatory outreach on behalf of members whose assets under management exceed $54 trillion. He is responsible for oversight of ICGN guidance statements, Viewpoint reports, public comment letters and broader thought leadership to promote ongoing governance reform and best practice by both companies and investors.
