British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship

King’s Business School welcomes expressions of interest from early career researchers seeking support for their application to the British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship scheme. Applicants should have completed their viva between 1 April 2020 and 1 April 2023, and they must be a UK or EEA national, or have completed a doctorate at a UK university, or have a strong prior association with the UK academic community. The scheme is not open to applicants who hold or have held a permanent university post. Full guidelines and eligibility criteria are available on the British Academy website.

What we are looking for:

We will accept expressions of interest for any topic in banking and finance, economics, and business and management studies, but particularly welcome projects that align with our five strategic research themes:

  • Digitalisation: Reshaping Innovation & Entrepreneurship
  • Global Business for a Sustainable World
  • Governance, Risk & Regulation
  • Rethinking the Future of Work, Public Services & Business
  • Reducing Social & Economic Inequalities
