The Student Conduct & Appeals Office is responsible for managing the procedures relating to the following areas: -

-          Academic Appeals, relating to decisions made by Assessment Boards

-          Examination Misconduct and Disciplinary cases

-          Student Complaints

-          Fitness for Registration and Practice

-          Admissions Appeals

Further information about these procedures can be found using the links at the side of this page.  The College’s regulations and guidance relating to these areas are signposted at appropriate points on our website, and can be accessed through Policy Zone.

The Student Conduct & Appeals Office can be contacted from 9am until 5pm during the working week; details of how to contact the Office can be found on the contact us page.  We will do our best to help by explaining processes and providing updates, but cannot provide students with advice or representation on individual cases.

For independent advice and guidance, the KCLSU Advice Service is a free, confidential and impartial service which students are encouraged to use.  Their website contains helpful information, as well as details of how to contact a member of the team or make an appointment.
