Examinations is making a number of changes in order to provide Students, Academic and Professional Services staff, and Invigilators with a more effective service. We feel the changes outlined below will enable us to attend to the needs of each group more effectively.
We understand change can be disruptive and appreciate your support in this transition.
If you are looking for support around exams and assessment, then you should navigate to Student Services Online. Here you will be able to easily search and browse a comprehensive and up-to-date range of articles that answer common questions.
Queries relating to Personalised Assessment Arrangements (PAA) should be directed to PAA-Exams@kcl.ac.uk
If you need further support, you can ask Students Services questions through the platform.
As a result of these changes Examinations will no longer be responding emails directed to firstname.lastname@example.org from the 3rd January 2020.
Academic and Professional Services staff should liaise with Examinations through email@example.com with regards to anything from access requests or exam preparations from 3rd January 2020. After this date, the mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org will no longer be monitored.
Please note, student queries directed to email@example.com will not be responded to.
Invigilators should now direct their questions to firstname.lastname@example.org, as of the 3rd January 2020 the email@example.com will not me monitored.
