Andy Boynton, Project Officer
Andrew is one of the Project Officers and he is responsible for engaging with students and academics and encouraging their participation in King’s Experience opportunities. His role includes leading on recruitment and administration as well as marketing and evaluating the schemes that we offer.
He has previously worked at two other Higher Education Institutions. At the University of West London he worked in compliance and his responsibilities included, investigating student complaints, responding to Freedom of Information requests and running enrolment events for international students. Whilst at Oxford Brookes University he worked in marketing, where he was involved in creating social media campaigns, running open day events and updating the Business School website.

Michael Flavin, King's Experience Academic Consultant
Michael is the module co-ordinator for both the undergraduate and postgraduate Principal’s Global Leadership Award. He holds a degree in English, two master’s degrees (one in English and one in Education), and two doctorates (one in nineteenth-century literature, and one in technology-enhanced learning). He is the author of three books and numerous articles.

Charles Kasule, Awards & E-Learning Manager
As the Awards & E-Learning Manager Charles leads the team in the delivery of all the King's Experience student learning opportunities and supports technology-enhanced learning (TEL) provision in the Careers & Employability. Charles studied on an MSc in Learning Technologies at Birkbeck College/Institute of Education, completing his undergraduate Honors Degree in Computer Science at The London Metropolitan University and is also an Associate Fellow of the HEA.
Previously working in the King's Learning Institute, where he supported the delivery of TEL requirements of the academic programmes, partnered on internal/external/international TEL projects and maintained/supported various digital platforms across the university. He works with students, academics and other internal faculty colleagues to create engaging online spaces and activities that will better the student learning experience.
As the Awards Manager he leads the team in the delivery of the King's Experience portfolio of learning opportunities, creating and maintaining various co-curricular offerings in collaboration with teams across King's and ensuring the TEL requirements of staff and students are met.
He promotes the use of various learning technologies, using online web platforms and tools to enhance and support students with their learning through a blended approach. He is happy to be able to extend and use his experience with TEL to increase collaborative learning and engage students through online learning spaces.
