Make an enquiry

Wide-ranging support

You can request support from us on a wide range of issues by submitting an enquiry in Student Support Online (accessed through Student Records).

You're be able to talk directly with a Student Support Officer, track the progress of the enquiry through to resolution and provide quick and immediate feedback on the service.

Remember to first check the FAQs before sending the request, as if it is a question, you may find your answer there. 

Once it is submitted, you should hear from us within three working days.
