Services for King's Alumni

King's Careers & Employability continues to support King's graduates for up to two years after graduation..

If you left your career planning to the last possible minute, or were focusing more on your degree to think about your career in any detail and haven’t yet found your way into the right role for you, then don’t panic!

We can help you review your career ideas, define your career strategy, network with employers, identify how your degree has helped you to become employable and polish your applications to make your first steps.

If you're about to graduate you can activate your graduate access to King's CareerConnect in order to continue using our services.

Please review our alumni eligibility policy for full details.

Graduated over two years ago...

We're only funded to provide services for recent graduates, up to two years beyond their graduation date. However as an alum, you can still access the following:

  • The Careers Centre at the Strand Campus, including our careers library, resources and takeaway materials.
  • The King’s Careers & Employability website and online content.
  • Subscription services which are licensed for alumni access (please contact us for details).

We recommend the following alternative service:

  • The National Careers Service - a UK government service providing information and resources as well as the opportunity to benefit from careers guidance appointments.
  • Kickstart Now - run by experienced careers coach Denise Donaghue.
