How to contact us and service availability
We advise all current and prospective students of King's College London by phone, online and in person. The quickest way to see an advisor is to attend one of our drop-in sessions, which run throughout the week. There is no need to book and you will be able to consult an advisor in a private and confidential interview room.
We can also assist recent Graduates and students who have left their course, usually for up to 4 months or until an alternative service can be found. Any students who are on a break from study can continue to use our service during their interruption and we are happy to help you to return to study.
We are usually open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and our main service hours are 10am to 4pm. Where necessary we can arrange appointments outside of these times but it may take us longer to arrange this for you, in the meantime we can assist by phone and email.
Please note that we are not open at the weekend, public holidays or when the university is closed and do not respond to email enquiries outside normal office hours. Skype appointments can also be arranged upon request.
We have a number of social media pages which we use to post information and provide students with a forum to share their experiences, swap ideas and interact with each other. Please note that this is not an appropriate forum to seek individual advice on complex personal issues and these should be directed to us via email, phone and online forms as above
Our services are confidential, please refer to our current Service User Policy for further information.
