Academic Clinical Fellow Natasha Lovell and Research Nurse Susanne de Wolf-Linder have recently raised a combined total of £1,000 by running marathons in aid of the charity Cicely Saunders International.
Natasha ran in the Robin Hood Marathon in Nottingham. Despite being called to assist in the resuscitation of a fellow runner she still finished in 4 hours and 20min.
Susanne (see photo) ran in the Berlin marathon. The cheering of supporters on the streets of Berlin helped Susanne finish in 4h 12min. A big thank you to Natasha and Susanne, and all their generous supporters.
