Centre for Craniofacial & Regenerative Biology

About the Centre for Craniofacial & Regenerative Biology

The Division of Craniofacial Development and Stem Cell Biology which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2014, has become a King's College Centre of Excellence. Centre status will enable closer integration with internal and external collaborators and help drive the strategic research direction of the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral & Craniofacial Sciences and King's College London. In addition to its existing 15 Principal Investigators, the Centre will provide the opportunity for “affiliate” status to researchers and clinicians throughout King's Health Schools and beyond.

The 91 attendees included Centre PIs, Research Fellows, postgraduate students and technicians in addition to several affiliate members from other KCL Divisions. The newly appointed Executive Dean, Mike Curtis attended to give a presentation of his research on periodontal disease.
