Networking Nights

Our Networking Nights are informal evenings designed to facilitate stimulating, in-depth conversations between employers and students around particular themes or targeted at particular programme or cohort.

King's Networking Nights offer an opportunity to really engage with students in a more informal setting than a fair, around important themes, with the smaller setting allowing for in-depth conversation and identifying future talent.

Upcoming Events

Networking Nights are held in early evenings on our centrally-located campuses and we encourage all attendees to complete a reflections questionnaire prior to attending to ensure they are well-prepared and equipped to engage with you and colleagues.

Autumn Engagement

King's remains committed to ensuring the safety of those participating in our events. Whilst we are still taking bookings for autumn events, we are closely monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and will advise should we have to make any changes to our programme. Our full terms & conditions can be found on our Get in Touch pages. Please note that we will not be issuing invoices until later in the year.

On each of our networking night listings you will find a factfile outlining the attendance figures and breakdown from the previous year's event. For 2020, we've also broken down the attendance by students' stage in their career journey which is drawn from our annual careers registration survey all students complete. It's important that employers understand our careers fairs welcome students at different stages in their journey and to help you understand this we've produced a downloadable guide.

All on campus networking nights include a back board, poser table, wifi (via The Cloud), refreshments (water, tea, coffee, juice, nibbles), name badges, promotion and advertising and for most events an entry in our Careers Fair+ app.

Careers Fair+ App

Our networking nights are exclusively open to current King's students and recent alumni. If you are listing your attendance on your website, or through any other channel, please make this clear, as we will not be able to admit anyone not currently studying at King's or graduated in the past two years. We reserve the right to ensure the right mix of employers at each of our events based upon our student demographic and data around their aspirations, so please be aware that your booking is only confirmed when you receive a formal notification from us. If you have not received confirmation within 48 hours of submitting the booking request form, please get in touch.
