King’s College London is pleased to host a one-day conference bringing together leading practitioners, academics, and arbitrators to explore the theme of Abuse of Process in International Arbitration. The event will feature a distinguished line-up of speakers from across the arbitration community and will provide a platform for in-depth discussion of some of the most pressing and controversial issues in the field.

Topics under discussion will include:

• Abusive conduct within a single arbitration process
• Illegitimate or parallel proceedings as abuse of process
• Remedies for abuse of process

The conference will examine these issues from both a theoretical and practical perspective, drawing on recent case law, arbitral practice, and comparative insights.
