King’s College London is pleased to host a one-day conference bringing together leading practitioners, academics, and arbitrators to explore the theme of Abuse of Process in International Arbitration. The event will feature a distinguished line-up of speakers from across the arbitration community and will provide a platform for in-depth discussion of some of the most pressing and controversial issues in the field.
Topics under discussion will include:
- Abusive conduct within a single arbitration process
- Illegitimate or parallel proceedings as abuse of process
- Remedies for abuse of process
The conference will examine these issues from both a theoretical and practical perspective, drawing on recent case law, arbitral practice, and comparative insights. It will be of interest to arbitrators, counsel, academics, and students keen to engage with the evolving jurisprudence on abuse of process in arbitration.
