Handstands 101: The Basics

Learn the basics of handstands beginning with the foundation. If you’re trying handstands for the first time or if you’re doing them but would like to improve, then this is the right workshop for you. You’ll learn effective warm ups for handstands. We will also cover exercises that improve your balance, alignment and strength when in handstands, this helps to build confidence and a better quality handstand. Expect to leave full of new ideas and exercises to try in your next gym session.
No experience is required. This session is free to attend.
