This workshop will improve your balance, co-ordination and motor skills with this movement workshop suitable for all abilities. Not only will developing your body coordination help to boost sports performance, it will assist with everyday tasks and even help prevent falls and injuries! Your coach will lead you through a series of fundamental movement skills ranging from hopping to throwing and catching- don’t miss out on a fun workout.
This session is an hour-long and is free to attend.
