8 May boxing technique Part of King's Sport Workshops

The aim of this workshop is to improve on boxing technique, footwork and pad holding.

This isn’t a workout but an opportunity to improve your skills so when you go to one of the Kings Sport Hatton Boxing classes you will be able to get the most out of your workout, by improving your punching technique, your confidence holding pads and learn the difference between the punches. 

This workshop is appropriate for all training levels. No experience required!
