Learn the principles of building muscle and the importance of compound and isolation exercises. Get to know how to program these exercises into your routine, how to structure your workout and how many times a week you need to train to see results.
Bring all of your questions about building muscle to our expert coach Mehmet who will do his best to give you clear answers and advice that you can bring to your workout routine.
No gym experience is required. This session is free to attend.
