Title: Cardiac total-body PET imaging at King’s

This workshop will give a brief introduction to positron emission tomography (PET) imaging, both preclinical and clinical, focussing on the new and developing applications in cardiac imaging.

There will be an introduction to the facilities and capabilities at King’s including the exciting opportunities with clinical total-body PET imaging. This technique offers the potential for high sensitivity dynamic PET imaging that can give unparalleled insight into molecular level processes across multiple organs simultaneously.
