Dr Sabrina Li

Sabrina Li is a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow and a Senior Lecturer in Quantitative Medical Geography based in the Department of Geography at King’s College London. As a health geographer and spatial epidemiologist, her work focuses on examining the complex interactions between human health and physical, social, and built environments, with a particular emphasis on the impacts of infectious diseases. Her work draws on large spatial datasets and methods from geographic data science and spatial epidemiology. As part of her fellowship, she is leading the GeoAI for Health Equity Lab (GAHEL, pronounced “gail”) at King’s, which explores the integration of equity considerations into infectious disease mapping and modelling, preparedness, and urban planning to develop pandemic-resilient cities.
