Take Time Out

Destress and relax with some activity in your study break

Keep moving during exam time with King’s Sport by signing up for our free BeActive classes happening in the Take Time Out tents around King's campuses and libraries.

Staying active helps to improve brain function and releases endorphins that make you feel better - both mentally and physically. So we've got a variety of sessions that can both calm you down (yoga) and raise your energy levels (boxfit). 

About Take Time Out

Take Time Out is a health & wellbeing campaign in the first few weeks of exam season to promote student wellbeing through outreach and engagement across all university campuses. The Take Time Out campaign will promote physical, mental and social wellbeing among students and provide positive interventions and activities at the sites below.
