As digital infrastructures increasingly shape our social, political, and cultural landscapes, this event brings together leading scholars to critically examine how these transformations are redefining feminism—and what they portend for the future of society. Through a dynamic roundtable format, our speakers will engage with pressing questions: how does the digital age challenge or reinforce feminist movements? What opportunities and risks do emerging technologies pose for gender equality? And how can we collectively envision a more inclusive digital future?

The workshop features KCL's own Dr Christina Scharff, Dr Tuğçe Bidav, and Dr Renasha Khan, as well as Dr Jan Etienne from Birkbeck University. You can get your tickets on Eventbrite here.

This roundtable is organised by Laura Montecchio, Daniela Horta Cortes, and MinJi Cha from the Gender Studies Network PhD Group.
