Join Professor Elisabeth Kelan for an interactive workshop exploring how gender shapes and is shaped by leadership learning in the era of AI.

Leadership learning is undergoing rapid transformation. As organisations adopt emerging technologies such as AI, important questions arise about how these developments interact with existing gender dynamics. Drawing on academic research, this workshop creates space to think critically yet practically about what these shifts mean for the future of leadership development.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss how gender dynamics unfold within leadership learning and how AI may influence these processes. The discussion will focus on how these changes are experienced in practice and what they signal for the future of leadership development.
