Nail the technique for essential moves like the squat, lunge, deadlift, back row, clean & press, chest press, shoulder press, press-up and triceps extension.
These are the main movements that always come up in group exercise classes and will give you an great range of exercises to use in your own workouts.
The focus of this session will be to learn how to move properly in order to maximise movement efficiency and get the most out of your workouts while minimising the risk of injury.
