Handstand 101: The Basics

Learn how to transition from complete beginner to an up-side-down pro with a series of regressions which will improve balance and build strength. The workshop will cover correct positioning, how to have fun with handstands as well as developing upper body strength. 

This session is with coach Laura at London Bridge Gym.

This workshop is appropriate for all training levels. No experience required!
