Strength Training 101: The Squat

Now more than ever, people seem to be incorporating squats into their training regime. But what is the correct way to perform a squat? How do I fit them in to my specific training (frequency, volume, load)?

In this 90-minute practical workshop, our coach Connor will be taking you through everything you need to know about the exercise and how to make the most of it according to your specific fitness goal. We'll also be covering hip mobility drills to improve your range of motion, muscle activation drills and squatting variations.

This is a fun workshop that's appropriate for all training levels. Whether you want to brush up on your technique or consider yourself a complete beginner, we'd love to have you with us.

No experience is required. This session is free to attend.
