This Imaging Bites seminar will present the latest FLIM and FCS capabilities implemented on the Nikon AX confocal platform through seamless integration with PicoQuant technology. It will highlight how fluorescence lifetime imaging can be incorporated into routine confocal workflows, with particular emphasis on streamlined acquisition, visualization, and quantitative analysis of lifetime data within NIS-Elements. Practical examples will illustrate how FLIM enhances contrast and quantitative insight beyond intensity-based imaging, making advanced lifetime analysis accessible to a broad range of users.

Join us for this 30-minute seminar, on fluorescence lifetime imaging, followed by an interactive Q&A and a complimentary lunch, offering a valuable opportunity to network with colleagues and peers in the imaging community. This event is open to all King's students and staff interested in imaging - it is free, but registration is required.
