King's Sport & Wellness are proud to host a series of events in partnership with Access King's to Disability History Month 2022 from 16 November - 16 December.

Almost everyone is apprehensive about starting a new gym, but our Gym Coaches are here to assist and reassure you throughout your workout. This 30-minute induction will include a tour of all machines and equipment, a guide on health and safety procedures and provide answers to any queries or concerns.
