Reaching you're fitness goals with Kings Sport & Wellness - 12 September 2022

Here at King’s Sport & Wellness, we pride ourselves on delivering a range of opportunities for students to get involved with sport and physical activity.

We cater to all health and fitness goals; whether you are a regular gym goer or a complete beginner, we have you covered.

We have two main gyms over at Strand and London Bridge. Our gyms provide a welcoming and inspiring environment and are equipped with high-tech equipment and expert health and fitness coaches.

Located just a short distance from King’s campuses and with prices starting from as little as £13.99 a month, they are convenient and accessible to all. If you choose to become a King’s gym member, you will have access to a huge number of weekly classes across all of our sites run by our health and fitness coaches and external coaches.

We have everything from more intense workouts such as spin, cardio, strength and boxing to our more gentle holistic classes such as pilates and yoga, so no matter your interests, there is something for everyone.

Another benefit to becoming a King’s gym member is that our health and fitness coaches offer free inductions.

They can teach you everything you need to know to get you started on your fitness journey. King’s sport also offers free fitness programmes to all members.

This involves a one-hour 1-1 session with one of our coaches to talk about your goals and what you want to get out of the programme; your coach will then go away and design a 4-6 week programme that is tailored to your specific needs and will always be on hand to help you along the way.

However, if you don’t want a full programme but want to learn or develop your skills in a certain area of health and fitness, then our coaches are on hand to provide you with a free 30 minute specialised training session in anything from boxing to Olympic weightlifting and even pre and post-natal exercise.

On top of that, we offer free workshops based on a wide range of health and lifestyle topics to educate and help you create a healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime. You could learn how handstand or even how
