For the woman who feels uncomfortable around weights and unsure of who to ask, you can get some of that control back and start achieving those things you deem impossible. 

In this 60-minute practical weights workshop, we'll go through the essential exercises to tone your arms, legs, bums and tums, followed by a group workout led by one of our female coaches. 

Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to brush up on your technique, this workshop is appropriate for all training levels. No experience required!
