Join us on Thursday 26 February, from 12-1 pm, for our first seminar of 2026. Continuing with our Analytical Connections series, this session explores the practical applications of Multi-omics approaches in clinical research.
Multi-omics technologies are transforming clinical research by discovering the molecular mechanisms underlying complex diseases. This talk uses four clinical studies spanning the liver-gut-brain axis to illustrate how to integrate lipidomics, metabolomics, proteomics, genomics, and metagenomics data in practice. Learn through real examples how semiquantitative mass spectrometry platforms capturing over 1,000 molecules and 30+ gut-derived metabolites combine with machine learning, causal inference, and systems medicine approaches to move from molecular fingerprints to clinical insights.
