A giant canvas will be moving from campus to campus over the week evolving and changing as members of the King's community stop by and make their mark. Guest artist, Jenny Leonard, will guide you through abstract painting and mark making techniques as you play, experiment and see what happens.

We spend more time in front of computer screens and on smartphones than ever before, becoming detached from using our hands as tools and preventing our minds from being creative and playful.

Using inspiration from the bestselling book The Art of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh, this drop-in session will focus on enjoying the process and discovery of making rather than the outcome, looking at the benefits of creativity and play for mental health and wellbeing.

Bring calm and peace to a busy working day and do some paintbrush yoga, pushing and pulling the paint across a canvas, lifting it, stretching it, letting it flow, drip, blend and spread.
