King's Sport presents Move Your Mind - Late Nights, an opportunity to take time for yourself with a mixture of Yoga, Self-Care & Meditation.

Our Late Night events are an opportunity to bring together those of us in the King's community to take some time for reflection and self-care, with a different theme at each event.

In December we will be focusing on resting, relaxing and revitalizing, with a key focus on how to get a better night's sleep.

Join us for our new monthly event aimed to improve wellbeing through the use of Sport & Physical Activity.
