A workshop to help aspiring runners get to their first big running milestone!
The workshop will cover easy to follow training methods to help you get out onto the road and achieving your goals.
Furthermore, the workshop will also look to explore the benefits of exercise on both our physical and mental health. It is open to all abilities and levels let us help you push yourself out the house and onto the road!
