This is a 45 minutes PowerPoint workshop going over the different ways nutrition can help you with your training and day to day life, why it’s important to have a healthy diet and ways to make changes to your diet when enjoying yourself over the Christmas holiday, then we will be finishing with a 15 minute Q/A.
