This is a 1-hour workshop to sit down with a coach to discuss your goals for 2020, the aim of the workshop will be to help you set your short, medium and long term goals for the year with the help from one of our amazing coaches using SMART goals. We will also be discussing basic Nutrition as part of this workshop to make sure we set you off on the best foot for 2020.
This workshop is appropriate for all training levels. No experience required!
