In this insightful webinar, Dr. Gisela Cruz, University of Nottingham, and Dr. Maira Klyshbekova, King's College London, explore the findings from the latest RAi UK Skills project, which reviews the current landscape of Responsible AI (RAI) education and training in the UK. Drawing on a multidisciplinary analysis of existing resources, the session will highlight key gaps and opportunities in how RAI is taught and learned.
We’ll share practical insights on what makes high-quality RAI learning, including the need for stronger contextual grounding, multidisciplinary perspectives, credible provision, and more inclusive, learner-centred approaches. The session will also introduce initial markers to help guide learners and providers, and open up discussion on the future of RAI education and potential national quality benchmarks.
Speakers:
- Maira Klyshbekova, Postdoctoral Research Associate in Artificial Intelligence Skills and Education
- Dr. Gisela Reyes Cruz, Transitional Assistant Professor - University of Nottingham
- Professor Elvira Perez Vallejos, Chair Equities Pillar, Responsible Ai UK
