Sir Ronnie Cohen is a renowned philanthropist, venture capitalist, private equity investor, and social innovator, widely recognised as a "father" of impact investment and European venture capital. He is President of GSG Impact, Chair of the Education Outcomes Fund and Chair of The Portland Trust, all of which he co-founded. He also serves as Vice-Chair of Capitals Coalition following its recent merger with the International Foundation for Valuing Impacts (IFVI) of which he was the founding Chair. 

Previously, he co-founded and chaired Better Society Capital and Bridges Ventures and co-founded Social Finance UK, US and Israel. He chaired the Social Impact Investment Taskforce under the UK's G8 presidency (2013-2014) and advised the G7's Impact Taskforce (2021). He also co-founded and led Apax Partners Worldwide LLP (1972-2005), a global venture capital firm, and helped establish the British and European Venture Capital Associations. He has held prominent positions at Harvard University, Oxford University, the British Museum, and the International Institute for Strategic Studies. 

Asher Craig is a former politician, civic leader, strategist, and advocate for equity and sustainability, with a career that bridges grassroots activism, city governance, and global collaboration. Asher is the CEO of the Pathway Fund - a pioneering wholesale social investment vehicle designed to expand inclusion, drive racial equity, and increase investment into Black and Ethnic Minoritised/led organisations and communities across the UK. 

As Co-founder & Chair of the Bristol Legacy Foundation (BLF)she leads the organisation’s mission to address the systemic marginalisation of African Heritage Communities (AHC) in Bristol and to advance reparatory justice , cultural, educational, and civic initiatives.

Asher’s journey began as a community activist and organiser, advocating for marginalised voices often left out of decision-making. That grounding continues to shape her approach: centring lived experience, amplifying diverse leadership, and building coalitions that create systemic change.

Katy Saunders is the CEO of the Vivensa Foundation, an organisation that uses impact investment; social investment and grant making to support us to all age well in the UK. 

At Social Finance Katy was the Executive Director of Investment and Strategic Partnerships. In this role, she led Social Finance’s social investment portfolio. Katy also provided strategic, independent advice to large charities on market analysis and strategic diversification of their business models. Katy pioneered a groundbreaking non-profit social investment model in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support. This resulted in the launch of the highly successful Macmillan End-of-Life Care Fund and more recently Neighbourhood Transformation Funds.

Katy is a Trustee of the Health Creation Alliance and a member of Women In Social Finance. Her work has been published in the HSJ, Healthcare Leader and HMFA, the professional organisation for healthcare finance.
