This step workshop is full-body cardio workout to tone the legs and glutes. We will learn some basic rhythmic stepping and combine this with squat and lunge patterns on the step to really work our glutes and thighs. Will we be playing uplifting hit music throughout the class to keep us moving and the result will be a fun and energising workout to suit everyone.
