The Chaplaincy and Choir of King's College London presents 'A Moment of Calm', every weekday at 5pm, for ten minutes.

With a short spoken reflection and a little piece of music, it invites us all to come together as the King's community for a moment of contemplation at the end of the day.

'A Moment of Calm' is inspired by the Anglican office of Compline, which derives its name from the Latin word 'completorium', meaning ‘completion’, and is above all a service of quietness and reflection before rest at the end of the day. We have adapted this ancient service for the present day, though, and it is open to everyone, of all faiths or none.

All are welcome - no need to have a Facebook account or to log in. The video will be made available to view anytime for your ease of use.
