Introduction to Journaling - 17 January 2022

To mark OD's Staff wellbeing month we're hosting a series of in-person and online events to help your wellbeing. 

If you suffer from anxiety, stress and depression, or just want to get clear on your thoughts.

Maybe you have a desire to build your own self-awareness. If this is you, come and join Stefana for an hour of journaling, the simple act of writing down your thoughts and feelings.

For this session, we will be using journaling prompts to help overcome your challenges.

This event is open to both King's Staff & Students.
