The 10X Chromium utilises microdroplet based technology to allow high-throughput gene expression analysis for thousands of individual cells. We are now offering single-cell 3’ RNA sequencing on the 10X Chromium. Contact us for more information.

The Genomics Centre is now offering Ultra Low RNAseq service. We have fully optimised the library prep and sequencing workflow from as little as 10 cells using Takara’s SMART Seq V4 kit.
