From April 2019, the Genomics Centre drop-in clinic will be open for visitors at Franklin-Wilkins Building so if you have any genomics-related queries or questions, then you are free to wander in and we will try to help as best we can. You may have queries related to:

- Library prep for bulk RNAseq,

- 10X Chromium Single-Cell sequecing

    • Single-cell gene expression
    • Single cell ATAC
    • Single cell Multiome ATAC + gene expression

- Ultra-low input RNAseq

- Real-time PCR (qPCR)

- RNA extraction/purification and QC

- Robotics/liquid handling possibilities

Or you just might be genomics-curious, want to find out more and have a look at the lab and equipment. We would particularly encourage those wishing to include genomics studies (qPCR, sequencing, etc.) in grant applications to come and talk to us about it BEFORE you write the grant; we can help you with it, and cost the work accurately.

The clinic will be open on the first Wednesday of every month between 2-4pm please come by any time during this period. Please email us in advance to let us know you are coming, so we can plan ahead.
