Brief History of the Facility
Welcome to the CEMS Proteomics Core Facility at King's College London
We provide state of the art protein mass spectrometry support for researchers at King's College London as well as researchers at external Institutions.
The Facility is managed by Steve Lynham under the academic leadership of Prof. Manuel Mayr with an expanding staff provision. We are located on the 2nd Floor of the James Black Centre on the Denmark Hill Campus.
We are equipped with a comprehensive range of sophisticated instrumentation including an Orbitrap Fusion Lumos, protein search databases and protein/peptide data analysis software programs.
We endeavour to provide an excellent, prompt and value for money service. Our highly experienced staff, who have a vast knowledge of proteomics, can provide expert advice on planning experiments, understanding results obtained, grant writing and manuscript preparation.
