Genome search meta-analysis method

Genome search meta-analysis method (GSMA) is a rank-based meta-analysis method. By pooling the results of different genome-wide linkage studies across the genome, GSMA has high power to reduce inconsistency and its summed rank p-values accurately reflect the strength of evidence for linkage in chromosomal regions.

Meta-analyses conducted on Alzheimer's Disease

We have conducted a group of GSMA analyses. View the GSMA result page for more for details.

Designing your own GSMA

Some of the entities in the diagram will provide further information.Try positioning the mouse over and click on certain entity, it will illustrate either sample input/output or R source code or link to the GSMA website.
