Alzheimer's Disease research

"Genetics research has shown that there is a genetic component to developing Alzheimer's Disease and the search for the responsible genes is important since their identity and hence function will enable us to have a better understanding of the disease processes and then to develop new treatments."

Our research aims to advance our understanding of Alzheimer's Disease by analysing genetic linkage study data using the Genome Search Meta Analysis method.
