Barbara Barrett is a health economist with over 15 years’ experience of economic evaluations. She is interested in studies in mental health and in issues at the interface of mental and physical health such as health anxiety. Barbara undertook a PhD examining the methods of economic evaluations in prisons and has maintained an interest and a programme of work in this area. Teaching the tools of economic evaluation to non-economists is a special interest and Barbara is also education lead for the HSPR department.
