Computing Facilities

The CNS manages a network of Unix servers dedicated to neuroimaging analysis. The main processing resources consist of 18 servers with a total of 264 cores. The network has access to over 200TB of storage, regular automated backups are performed by a high capacity tape library. Researchers and students are able to access a wide range of commercial and open source software on the Neuroimaging Analysis Network using the SSH protocol or via the NoMachine Enterprise Client.
